Clinique Le Marrakech healthcare that reassures.

How do you talk about health on social media without alarming or trivialising it? For Clinique Le Marrakech, we built an educational, human social presence able to inform patients while reinforcing trust in the establishment.

A clinic, a voice you can trust.

Clinique Le Marrakech is a private healthcare establishment supporting patients from across the region every day. Its medical teams cover a broad range of specialities, with the same commitment to quality and listening. Yet on social media, its presence remained discreet and irregular, even as its audiences — patients, families, healthcare professionals — increasingly look for reliable information online before choosing an establishment. This lack of continuity left an empty space that other, sometimes less rigorous, sources could occupy instead.

In a sector where the smallest imprecision can cause alarm, the challenge was twofold: occupy the social space with useful, reassuring content, and turn every post into proof of seriousness. The brand needed a voice that was consistent, embodied and respectful of the sensitivities specific to the medical field. This was never about "selling" care, but about building, over time, a relationship of trust: showing that behind every post stand attentive, available and competent professionals, able to support their patients well beyond the consultation room.

The challenge we faced.

Communicating about health imposes a particular discipline: informing without ever appearing to diagnose, showcasing the team's expertise without slipping into overpromising, and handling sensitive messages received in comments or private messages with tact. A clumsy statement can quickly damage the reputation of a healthcare establishment, or even sow worry where reassurance was intended. Every word, every visual, every reply therefore carried the clinic's credibility and had to be considered with rigour.

On top of that came a challenge of consistency: without a clear editorial calendar or a shared tone of voice, the clinic published sporadically, with no recognisable thread. Public-health moments — prevention days, seasonal campaigns, awareness around certain conditions — weren't being used, even though they are natural, legitimate occasions to speak up. We also had to account for the limited time of medical teams, rarely available to feed the channels themselves, and so design a system able to run smoothly with minimal demands on their time and maximum reliability.

Our educational response.

We first defined a clear editorial line, carried by a reassuring, factual and accessible tone. Every piece of content aims to make health information understandable: prevention gestures, explanations of care pathways, presentations of services and teams, answers to patients' most frequent questions. This groundwork was deployed by our Community Management practice, working closely with the clinic's contacts, so that each post was both medically accurate and clear for the general public. A tone-of-voice charter formalised what could be said, how to say it, and the limits never to cross.

We then built a publishing calendar paced by the major prevention dates and by the establishment's own news. Formats were designed for social media: sober visuals, educational carousels, short explainer videos, team profiles. A moderation and response protocol was put in place to handle sensitive messages with the right tone and, where needed, direct people to a genuine point of contact via booking a consultation. This framework let us respond quickly, without ever improvising on subjects where improvisation has no place. We also paid close attention to real accessibility of information: short texts, plain vocabulary, contact details and opening hours put front and centre, so that every visitor could quickly find the answer or the direction they needed, without getting lost in medical jargon.

The levers we used.

The project drew on the complementary nature of our expertise: editorial direction, graphic creation, social planning and rigorous moderation follow-up. This cross-functional set-up made it possible to keep a regular rhythm while preserving, at every step, the rigour that medical communication demands. Every piece of content followed a clear validation circuit, guaranteeing that nothing went out without sign-off from the right people — an essential condition for the peace of mind of both the establishment and its teams.

Controlling the establishment's image was a constant thread throughout. By framing every statement and anticipating sensitive topics, we protected the clinic's credibility while bringing it closer to its audiences — work that fits within our approach to online reputation. Patient feedback, expressed in comments or messages, continuously fed adjustments to the content: reassuring topics, recurring questions, the best-read formats all became reference points guiding production. This listening also helped defuse potential misunderstandings early, by publicly clarifying a point about a care pathway or reaching out privately when the situation called for it.

What we take away.

In healthcare, trust is built post after post. Consistency and accuracy of tone matter more than volume: better one clear, useful piece of content than a flood of messages with no direction. Education, when sincere, becomes the best vehicle for reassurance. This project also confirms that well-framed medical communication is never a brake on closeness — quite the opposite: it's the framework that allows a voice to be both human and responsible. A healthcare establishment that takes care of its communication is, in effect, extending the care it gives its patients.

By making information accessible and treating every message with attention, the clinic turned its social presence into a genuine service to its patients, rather than a simple promotional channel.
